   • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and availability.

1. • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
   • Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
   • Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon.

1. • We ask that all guests treat our space, staff, and neighbours with respect.
   • Parties, loud music, possession of illegal items or conducting or indulging in illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

1. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
   • Any loss or breakage of items may be chargeable.

1. • Select units are pet-friendly. Please check before booking.
   • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms but permitted in designated outdoor areas.

1. • Yellow Sunshine reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any guest found engaging in unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
   •  No refunds will be issued in such cases of eviction.
   • Where deemed necessary, incidents may be reported to local authorities to ensure the safety and dignity of our space and community.

In the rare event of a dispute, we believe in resolving matters with grace and mutual understanding. Should a resolution not be possible through dialogue, the following applies:

 All disputes arising out of bookings or stays at Yellow Sunshine properties shall be governed by the laws of India.

 The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the Union Territory of Puducherry (Pondicherry).

 We encourage all parties to seek amicable resolution first, and may recommend mediation or arbitration before legal escalation.
