Right to Admission
Admission to Yellow Sunshine properties is at the sole discretion of the management.
We may decline or cancel a reservation if:
Valid identification is not presented at check-in.
Guest details appear fraudulent, misleading, or incomplete.
The guest is listed in any blacklist due to prior misconduct.
Behavior or requests during the booking process raise safety or ethical concerns.
Grounds for Eviction
A guest (or their visitor) may be asked to leave immediately without refund if any of the following occur:
Unlawful activities on or around the premises.
Disruptive behavior, including loud noise, harassment, or verbal abuse.
Damage to property, theft, or intentional misuse of facilities.
Violation of house rules, including smoking indoors, unauthorized parties, or bringing pets without prior approval.
Endangering other guests, staff, animals, or the integrity of the space.
Important Notes
No refund will be provided if a guest is evicted due to misconduct.
In serious situations, Yellow Sunshine reserves the right to involve local authorities.
We may share guest details with other Yellow Sunshine properties or partner platforms to ensure community safety and consistency.
