✅ Accepted Payment Methods
Online Payments: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking (via secure links).
Third-Party Platforms: Payments made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other partners follow their own secure gateways.
Direct Bookings: For stays booked directly with us, we may request:
A partial or full advance payment to confirm your reservation.
Balance payment on or before check-in.
🔒 Pre-Authorization
For bookings via Booking.com and similar platforms, we may perform a pre-authorization on your card to validate the booking.
This is not a charge, but a temporary hold that confirms your card is valid.
The hold is usually released within 7 working days by your bank, depending on their policy.

⚠️ Failed or Delayed Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation may be cancelled after a courtesy follow-up.
For pre-authorized bookings, if the hold fails, you may be asked to provide an alternate method within 24 hours.
📜 Invoices & Receipts
E-invoices are shared upon request for direct bookings.
For third-party bookings, please refer to your booking platform for receipts and tax details.
